Action Heating and Air is great! We experienced our first cold spell in Charleston and discovered our heat was not working upstairs or downstairs. I called Action on the advice of a very reputable renovation company in Charleston and they scheduled an appointment two days later at 11:00. At 11:00 AM exactly the technician showed up and even had booties so he would not bring dirt into the house. He was very professional, fixed the problems in 30 minutes and charged a very fair fee. Super professional and the ladies that work in the office are super friendly when you call. I will be using them again in the future for all of my HVAC needs!
